Before you pay anything, I build a real homepage mockup for your business — your brand, your content, your style. You get to see exactly what your site will look like before committing to anything. If you love it, let's move forward. If not, no hard feelings.

Most sites are live in 1–2 weeks from kickoff. A simple 1-page Spark site can launch in as little as 3–5 days. I'll give you a realistic timeline on the first call based on what you need.

Nothing. I handle everything — hosting, domain, updates, maintenance. You don't need to touch a single technical thing. Your only job is to run your business. If something needs to change on the site, just send me a message.

Minor updates — text changes, new hours, swapping a photo — are included with your monthly plan. Larger changes like adding new pages are quoted separately and are usually quick to turn around.

I can work with whatever you have. If you have a logo and some photos, great — I'll work with them. If you have nothing, I'll help you figure it out. A lot of small businesses launch just fine without a professional photoshoot.

No. Monthly plans are month-to-month — cancel anytime. The website build is a one-time payment. I want you to stay because the value is obvious, not because you're locked in.

Depends on how it's built. If it's a drag-and-drop builder like Wix or Squarespace, I'll usually recommend a full rebuild — you get a faster, cleaner site you actually own. If it's something I can work with directly, I can improve it. I'll let you know what makes sense on the call.

I'm based in Ankeny, Iowa, but I work with clients anywhere remotely. Most communication happens over email and video call. Location has never been a problem.
